Rule 111
Committee meetings and decisions
(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held on the date, time and place designated by the chairman of the committee. At least twice a year and as needed
(2) The Chairman shall preside over the meeting of the Committee.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall inform the members of the matter to be discussed in the meeting three days before the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present at the meeting of the committee, the quorum of the meeting will be considered to have been reached.
(5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes: the vote of the chairman of the meeting shall be decisive.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the Committee shall be certified by the Member-Secretary.
